Permanent and Total
A significant number of injured workers must contend with barriers to employment that are so significant that they are forced to apply for “Permanent and Total Disability.” Despite the best efforts of their lawyers, these clients still face a long series of appeals requiring independent documentation that confirm their conditions.
To expedite this process we draw upon material provided by Independent Medical Examiners to address the major barriers to employment. After 24 years of working with the Bureau of Workers Compensation, we have the insight to create reports that are concise and to the point.
