We are pleased to be able to offer a highly personalized, yet more affordable series of workshops for groups of 3-4 job seekers and career explorers. Larger groups can be accommodated. Ongoing 1-1 coaching support is available. Workshops are held monthly or as can be formed.

For individuals, Job Search Workshops are a great way to launch a search campaign. In the same way, Workshops are a cost-effective way to offer the benefits of outplacement support to a greater number of people within your organization.

Workshops are formed on an as needed basis and include a detailed set of materials. A comprehensive 500+ page job search guide is provided.

Developing Your Job Search Strategy & Plan (3 hrs)
	Clarifying your target role, position, company, organization or industry.
	What's a "SMART" story and why do I need one (or more)?
	Developing a targeted search strategy.
	Research resources, tracking tools, "project managing" your search.
	Networking & tapping into the "hidden" job market.

Your Résumé & Marketing Materials (2 hrs)
	Résumé construction, tips, do's & don'ts.
	Cover letters, & e-mail introductions.
	Formatting documents to apply for online job postings.
	References & other recommended correspondence.

Interview Preparation & Practice (3 hrs)
	Types of interviews & styles including behavioral interviews.
	Preparing for your interview & the use of "SMART" stories.
	Mock interview & feedback recommendations.
	How to follow-up after the interview.
