More recently, Bob was a Senior Account Executive for ten years with an executive search firm where client development, collaboration with management, and candidate coaching are essential skills for success. His primary search practice spanned senior level and key management assignments in the building products industry having placed senior executive, general management, sales, product management, and operations talent.  Previously, Bob was Vice President, Staffing and Development with a major national property management firm.
