About Job Search Strategies
As a career transition and job search consultant, Bob Adams has over 25 years experience with individuals and corporate clients representing a wide range of industries and corporations. During this time, he has worked in a number of functional as well as senior HR roles including recruitment, internal assessment, and career and leadership development. His industry experience includes working with clients in manufacturing, wholesale distribution, and retail building materials.
Bob launched Job Search Strategies to pursue his passion of providing personalized and practical career transition and outplacement services for organizations, teams, and executives. |

More recently, Bob was a Senior Account Executive for ten years with an executive search firm where client development, collaboration with management, and candidate coaching are essential skills for success. His primary search practice spanned senior level and key management assignments in the building products industry having placed senior executive, general management, sales, product management, and operations talent. Previously, Bob was Vice President, Staffing and Development with a major national property management firm.
Bob holds a Master's degree from Temple University and has completed post-Master's work in personnel management, compensation, employment law and other related topics. To further enhance his skills in job search consulting, Bob is presently enrolled in a Career Directors International sponsored résumé writing certifications program and has earned his certification as a Job Search Strategist through the Career Coach Academy. |
